JAMES CITY COUNTY — The James City County Police Department (JCCPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a wanted man.
There is an outstanding warrant out of Williamsburg/James City County General District Court for Neale Robert Shaffer for felony aggravated assault by strangulation
Shaffer’s last known address is on Penniman Road in James City County. His date of birth is Feb. 26, 1973, and he is 6’1” and 165 lbs.
