YORK COUNTY — York County Restaurant Week returns for a second year and will run from Feb. 24 through March 2.
Held for the first time last year, York County Restaurant Week offers local eateries a chance to showcase special menu items or offer discounted prices. According to feedback from last year, restaurants in York County saw a rise in new customers and have since added Restaurant Week specials to the permanent menu.
“Whether you’re discovering a new restaurant, dining at an old favorite, or simply showing support for our local eateries, every meal helps strengthen our community — especially during the winter months when businesses need it most,” shares Kristi Olsen-Hayes, director of York County Economic & Tourism Development.
Patrons will be able to enjoy a variety of lunch and dinner specials at over 20 restaurants throughout the County. Menu options include discounted American, barbecue, Italian, and seafood favorites, gluten-free and vegan cuisine, desserts, and much more.
York County Restaurant Week aims to provide residents and visitors with the opportunity to experience new flavors, visit old favorites, and support local, independent dining establishments in the area.
Participating restaurants include Alpha Pitt Smokers, Andrea’s Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria, Anna’s Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta, Antonio’s Ristorante, Bellissimo Pizza Cafe, Carrot Tree Kitchens, Coastal Thirst Beach Deli, Dominion Dogs, Donuts on a Stick Ice Cream & Grill, Joe & Mimma’s, Jordan’s Pizza Subs & Much More, Little York Confectionary, Mobjack Coffee Roasters and Petite Cafe, Persnickety Crane Cafe, Riverwalk Restaurant, Shorty’s Diner, Sportsman’s Grille, The Chipper, The Huntsman’s Grill, Vinny’s Pizza & Pasta 2, Water Street Grille, and Yorktown Pub.
