Williamsburg Choral Guild to Perform in Yorktown

WILLIAMSBURG — The Williamsburg Choral Guild will perform Antonio Vivaldi’s ‘Gloria,’ plus works by Holst, Mendelssohn, Wilberg and others, accompanied by strings and organ on Dec. 15 at St Mark Lutheran Church.

Established in 1975, the Williamsburg Choral Guild is a mixed-voice SATB all-volunteer chorus that presents three or more major concerts each season. The Guild is directed by Daniel Parks.

The concert takes place at 4 p.m. at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 118 Old York-Hampton Highway in Yorktown. Doors open at 3 pm. A pre-concert lecture beginning at 3:30 p.m. and is included in the ticket price.

Tickets are $20 per person and are available at the door or online. Student tickets are $10  and children 12 and under are free.
