Anchor Cove is the newest Independent Living neighborhood being built at Williamsburg Landing!
Located on the current property behind the Landing Building, Anchor Cove will feature 27 terrace-style homes ranging from 1,680 square feet to 2,400 square feet and villa apartments ranging from 1,820 square feet to 1,950 square feet. The project will also include a 304-seat state-of-the-art theater, music and art studios, and a small dining venue.
The terrace homes are tri-plexes and include a one-car garage. The villa apartments will have undercover parking. This will be the eighth independent living neighborhood at Williamsburg Landing. The Villa apartments are all corner units which allows for maximum natural light. The first settlers in this neighborhood will arrive in May of 2025.
Williamsburg Landing has only two terrace homes and one villa apartment left to sell, so if interested, call the Marketing Office at 757-565-6505 soon!
Williamsburg Landing is a nonprofit, CARF Accredited Life Plan Community also known as a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community). It offers a full continuum of care from Independent Living to Assisted Living, Memory Support, Short & Long Term Nursing and Adult day. Additionally, it is the only community in the state of Virginia offering Namaste — a unique multi-sensory advanced dementia program designed specifically for those unable to communicate or anyone who is non-ambulatory.
Coming to Williamsburg Landing is like going back to college with better food and no homework! Residents have the best time, surrounded by peers their own age, a wealth of engaging activities, housekeeping, great meals and no house maintenance! Best of all, residents have guaranteed access to higher levels of care if ever needed, and if someone outlives their resources through no fault of their own, it has a benevolence program that protects residents so they will never have to move again!
