YORK COUNTY — Drivers may have noticed some new construction over at Williamsburg Marketcenter.
According to a July Development Activity Report, a new car wash is being constructed at the shopping center.
Back in 2019, the York County Board of Supervisors approved a special use permit for Tidal Wave Auto Spa at 6640 Mooretown Road.

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a chain of express car wash locations headquartered in Georgia.
Last month, the car wash received 1.16 acres in Williamsburg for construction.
