JAMES CITY COUNTY — The Chick-fil-A restaurant located in the Monticello Marketplace will soon expand, taking over the former Burger King site next door.
The Chick-fil-A, located at 4610 Monticello Ave, has purchased the former Burger King site, located at 4600 Monticello Ave.
The plans are to construct “a new, larger building with expanded drive-thru capacities,” James City County Planning Director Paul Holt said.
The County has been working with outside engineers on their plan approvals.
As of the publication of this story, WYDaily did not receive comment from Chick-fil-A franchise owner nor the leasing agent for S.L. Nusbaum, which manages Monticello Marketplace.
