An early evening fire erupted from a mobile home in York County at Loweman’s Trailer Court, fire officials said Thursday.
One person suffered smoke exposure from the fire and was transported by the York County medic crew, according to a release from the York County Fire and Life Safety Chief Stephen P. Kopczynski.
Rescue units arrived on the scene at 5;45 p.m. to the 400 block of Wolftrap Road in York County’s Grafton section, to find smoke coming from a mobile home. The occupant had already exited the trailer.
Firefighting crews found fire in one room and smoke conditions throughout the trailer.

The fire was quickly extinguished and is now out.
Units currently remain on the scene conducting salvage and overhaul.
Investigation of the specific origin and cause is underway at this time.
