This year’s Miss Virginia, Rosemary Willis, will be attending the Arc of Greater Williamsburg’s Valentine’s Day dance this week.
The dance will be held on Saturday, Feb. 16, at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church. The nonprofit’s clients love Rosemary, a popular volunteer at their activities, according to an Arc spokeswoman.
The Arc of Greater Williamsburg works to improve the quality of life for people with intellectual disabilities through community activities and advocacy.
