Deborah Diane Frazier, born on November 20, 1971, in Norfolk, Virginia, passed away peacefully in her hometown on June 8, 2026, at the age of 54.
Deborah’s life journey was one filled with hard work and dedication. Throughout her career, she held numerous positions, from waitressing to working as a machinist at the shipyard, showcasing her versatility and resilience.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Teresa Bell and Charles Newell Frazier, Sr., her beloved son, Andrew Dean Harrell, Jr., her brother, Charles Newell Frazier, Jr., and her sister, Angela Gayle Frazier. Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her.
Surviving her are her cherished son, Christopher Roger Frazier, and his wife, Heather; her devoted brother, David Michael Frazier, and his wife, Patricia; her nieces, Jessica and Ciara Frazier, who brought her much joy; her beloved dog, Gracie; and her grandcat, Beep. Deborah also leaves behind a host of family and friends whose lives she touched with her warmth and kindness.
Deborah’s family fondly describes her as a true family person. She never met a stranger and had an extraordinary ability to make everyone feel welcome. Her great sense of humor and wonderful outlook on life were sources of inspiration for those around her. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend, and her love for animals was evident to all who knew her.
Deborah will be remembered for her love and laughter, and her legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
