Michael John Horrigan (Mike), born on September 8, 1955, in Washington, D.C., passed away peacefully at the age of 70 on December 19, 2025, in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Mike spent much of his adult life assisting in the care of his parents in Great Falls, Virginia. Upon their death, he moved to Culpeper, Virginia.
He is remembered by his sisters Bonnie Thompson of Bend, Oregon and Patti Allen of Virginia Beach, Virginia and 4 nephews and 4 nieces who will hold his memory close.
Michael was preceded in death by his beloved parents, John Joseph Horrigan and Ruth Virginia Caswell and his younger brother, John Joseph Horrigan, Jr. (Jack).
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate care team at The Villages at Rosemont for their support and dedication during Michael’s residence.
