Kenneth LeRoy Blackford, born on June 12, 1957, in Washington, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2025, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, at the age of 68.
Kenneth dedicated a significant portion of his career to Quality Tiles, where he worked diligently as a Manager. His commitment and work ethic were admired by colleagues and customers alike.
Beyond his professional life, Kenneth cherished the time spent with his beloved twin brother, Allan Blackford. Their bond was unbreakable and provided countless cherished memories throughout his life.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his loving parents, Bruce and Marlene Blackford. He is survived by his devoted twin brother, Allan, and numerous friends who will miss his warm presence and kind spirit.
A private service will be held to honor Kenneth’s life.
