Kyle Lee Johnson was born in Bristol, PA and peacefully passed away in Virginia precisely one day after his birthday. Clearly, Kyle had impeccable timing, always making sure to leave a lasting impression.
A devoted fan of all things Philadelphia, Kyle could be found passionately supporting the 76ers, Phillies, and Eagles, often while sporting one of his treasured graphic t-shirts.
When he wasn’t cheering on his teams, Kyle cherished time with his beloved wife and family. He was the kind of guy who knew that life’s real treasures aren’t found in material things but in shared laughter and moments with loved ones.
He is preceded in passing by his maternal grandparents Charles and Dorothy Johnson, his paternal grandparents Jimmie Lee and Herbert Lee Rembert, and his father, Herbert Bruce Rembert. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Mary Johnson, mother Gloria Johnson, sister Carla Johnson, and niece Kennedy Johnson.
Though he’s no longer with us, Kyle leaves behind a legacy of dry humor, devotion, and a collection of graphic tees that would rival any museum exhibit. As we remember him, let’s all wear our team shirts in his honor and perhaps shout “Go Birds!” just one more time.
