We are sad to announce the passing of Frank Earl Denkins Jr., 83, of Williamsburg, Virginia, on November 21, 2023, after a long illness.
Frank was born in North Carolina. His favorite places to be were on the golf course, at the beach with his wife Barbara, and at home with his dogs.
All arrangements will be private.
