Lancie Mae McCloud, 77, of New York, formerly of West Point and Mechanicsville, VA passed away Sunday, September 11, 2022. She graduated from West Point High School and worked for Meyer Johnson Hotels as a corporate credit manager for over thirty years. Lancie loved her family and greatly enjoyed spending time with them. Her greatest joy was being a grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Adele McCloud and a brother William “Billy” McCloud.
Lancie is survived by two daughters Lancie Martin Mazza (Scott) and Michelle Martin (Franklin); two grandchildren Ashley and Jacob Mazza; her siblings MacArthur McCloud of Tallahassee, FL, Linda McCloud Blevins of Church Point, LA, Barbara McCloud Shaffer and Jim of West Point, VA, Catherine McCloud Fudella of West Point, VA, Patricia McCloud Priddy of West Point, VA and Christopher McCloud and Joy of King and Queen, VA along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A graveside service will be held 1PM Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at St. Theresa Cemetery, 2440 King William Avenue, West Point, VA 23181.
