A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at Zion Baptist Church. Livestream will be available at the beginning of the service. Interment at a later date in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Deaconess Webster will lie in repose on Monday, September 13, 2022, from noon until 6:00 p.m. in her home. Facial coverings are required for all services.
