Charles R. Frailer, 64, of Virginia Beach, passed away Monday, Feb. 5, 2018.
Born in Maryland, he was the son of the late Charles H. Frailer Jr. and Mary H. Frailer. He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary C. Law.
Left to cherish his memory are a sister, Nancy J. Houck of Virginia Beach; brother-in-law, Roger Law of Missouri; and two nieces and five nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
