Robert J. Lee, 83, of Virginia Beach, passed away Monday, Feb. 5, 2018.
Born in Canandaigua, N.Y., he was the son of the late Daniel and Dorothy S. Lee. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and retired as a communication specialist from civil service.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy H. Lee.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Charlotte Lee Carroll, and her husband, Tim; son, Carl Alan Lee, and his wife, May; sister, Mary Stagnitto, and her husband, Ross; and grandson, Chad Andrew Lee.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 9, at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. A funeral service will follow visitation at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be held in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
