Rita Renae Lemon, 56, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2017. She was born Aug. 27, 1960, in Covington, Va.
Rita was employed in Human Resources at Norfolk Naval Base. She was a member of The Mount, Chesapeake.
She is survived by two daughters, Ebony Bacon (Mark) and Danielle Davis (Corey); mother, Yvonne Williams; father, Earl Lemon (Carole); three sisters; four grandchildren; six godchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m. Friday, July 7, at Beach Funeral & Cremation Services Inc., 4456 Bonney Road, Virginia Beach. A celebration of life service will follow visitation at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow services in Roosevelt Memorial Park, 1101 Campostella Road.
