Donna L. Guinn, 66, of Virginia Beach Va., passed away July 25, 2016, at home, surrounded by her family.
She was born Oct. 7, 1949, to the late Earldon G. and Frances A Hedspeth. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, William A. Guinn Jr.
She spent many years as a licensed practical nurse at Sentara Bayside Hospital, providing outstanding care and support to all of her patients. In her retirement, she traveled and enjoyed her grandchildren.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Lorrie M. Moran of Virginia Beach, Va., Wendy A. Cameron of Hollywood, Md.; grandchildren, Michael A. Moran of Virginia Beach, Va., Ashley Cameron of Hollywood, Md.; brother, Dennis E. Hedspeth (Nancy) of Virginia Beach, Va.; sister, Cindy A. Hampton (Stuart) of Elizabeth City, N.C.; family friend, Lisa Washburn; best friend, Delores Judd; and a much-loved companion, Don Dilday.
The Guinn family would like to extend a special thanks to Donna’s caretakers: Jasmine, Tiaqua, Charloyna, Tanya, Cathi, Khim, and Tracy.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 28, 2016, at Colonial Grove Memorial Park.
