Ruth Ann Cicogna, 76, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, with her loving family by her side. She was born on February 5, 1940, in Bellaire, Ohio.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Edmund Cicogna Sr.; children, Cheryle, Edmund ‘Bud’ Jr., and his wife, Tammy, Richard, and his wife, Lori, Terri, and her husband, Tim, and Tracey, and her husband, John; eight grandsons; sisters, Mary and Laura, and brothers, John and Ray, all of Ohio.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach. A graveside service will be held at noon Wednesday, April 20, in Rosewood Memorial Park.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, or the American Heart Association.
