Edward J Allman, 80, passed away on February 2, 2016. Edward was born in Patterson, New Jersey. He was the son of the late Leonard Allman and the late Barbara Eckert. He was also preceded in death by his brother, James Allman.
He attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and worked as an engineer. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He married, the late Jacqueline A Dooley, and together they started their family of five children. He was preceded in death by his two sons, David and James. Cherishing his memory are his three daughters, Tracy Renee Brown, Colleen Allman Regotti, and Lisa Ann Allman, his son-in-law, Joseph Regotti, his grandson, Dylan Brown, and his granddaughter, Jacqueline Anna Regotti, and many good friends and extended family members.
The family will receive friends at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., 2002 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, VA, Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 10 AM. A funeral service will follow at 11:30 AM.
