William “Bill” Cowles died Dec. 27, 2013, at the home of his beloved sister, Ernestine Cowles. He was 61 years old.
He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Elnora Cowles; sister, Ernestine Cowles; brother, Kent Cowles; twin daughters, Brenda Cowles and Linda Cowles; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends, all of Williamsburg.
A celebration of life will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday Jan. 4, 2014, at the home of Ernestine Cowles, 101 Holland Drive Williamsburg, VA 23188.
