Projects may include making enrichment items for the adoptable shelter animals, assisting in the Kibble Kitchen, giving treats to the animals, and learning about pet behavior and how to care for a variety of pets. One of the biggest hits has been when kids’ create artwork of various adoptable pets to help them get adopted. Members develop a sense of accomplishment in a hands-on, paws-on difference.

Members receive an exclusive Animal Aces T-shirt, welcome pack, monthly newsletter, opportunity to attend monthly activities at The Heritage Humane Society, naming opportunities for incoming adoptable pets. and discounts on camps, movie nights, birthday parties and the shelter’s ReTAIL store.
