WILLIAMSBURG — James City County Police Department announced Tuesday, Nov. 29, that 15-year-old Angelo Graham had turned himself in to the Newport News Police Department.
Considered a missing and endangered child since September 2021, the case had been featured earlier this year on the television series “In Pursuit with John Walsh.” The series featured Walsh and his son, Callahan, working in tandem with community and local authorities to search for Graham and further investigate the case. The episode aired on Aug. 24.
On Sept. 13, 2021, after having been in contact with his classmates shortly before his disappearance, a then 14-year-old Graham went missing and had not been heard from since. Graham’s father had been fearful his son was in danger and without his medication. Police had long suspected that Graham was somewhere in Newport News.
James City County Police Department is currently working with Newport News Police Department to transport Angelo back to James City County. Police said no additional information is available at this time.
