Pam McGregor is the executive director of The Arc of Greater Williamsburg, which aims to improve the quality of life for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She spoke with Tide Radio about the programs they offer including Wheels4Work, which helps to provide the necessary skills and transportation their clients need to work.
