The York County Parks and Recreation department is offering fitness classes during the winter months starting in January.

Each class costs $40 for residents and costs $65 for non-residents, who are also subject to a $25 registration fee.

“Safety rules are in place, including smaller class size and social distancing,” according to the county department’s Facebook post. “Check out all they have to offer and register today!”

Participants can choose from multiple classes including strength training, yoga and zumba. The instructional fitness classes start as early as Jan. 11 and last through at least March 22. See full list of classes and their corresponding program times here.

“Fitness class registrants should consult a physician before participation,” according to the fitness class flyer.

The Adult Fitness Winter 2021 Instructional Classes start in January at the Grafton Bethel Elementary School gym, 410 Lakeside Drive. If a class is canceled, people have the option for a full refund or can use the registration fee for class credit.
