GLOUCESTER COUNTY — Launching this October for a month of frightful fun, Camp Cardinal RV Resort is inviting thrill-seekers and families alike to experience one of the region’s only Haunted Walking Trails.

The immersive Halloween attraction will run every Saturday in October, culminating on Halloween Night, and is open to all.

For $10 per ticket, the resort says guests can step into a spine-chilling journey deep into the woods where a haunted house creaks, shadows linger and eerie surprises await around every corner.

Each ticket includes:

  • Full access to the Haunted Walking Trail
  • A hayride from the trailhead to the main campground
  • A $5 voucher toward a purchase at RiverMutt Ice Cream
  • On-site parking

“This is not your typical haunted house — it’s an outdoor walking trail that winds through the woods, making it one of the only Halloween experiences of its kind in the region,” Camp Cardinal’s Manager and Haunted Walking Trail designer, Corey Lamont, said. “It’s designed to be both fun and frightful, creating lasting memories for families, groups, and horror fans alike.”

Tickets are limited to 200 per week, so advance online purchase is strongly recommended. Tickets may be available at the gate, but availability is not guaranteed. All ticket sales are final, and the trail operates rain or shine.

Tickets are on sale now here.
