State lawmakers are moving forward with changes to Virginia’s voting laws.
The state Senate passed a bill on Monday that removes a requirement to show photo ID when voting.
Another measure approved by the Senate will allow voters to cast an absentee ballot without having to provide a reason. The bills now move to the governor’s desk for his signature.
