NORFOLK — Every 10 years the city updates the Downtown Plan and officials want your input for the 2030 plan.
The city will be hosting two sessions on Nov. 29, one from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Decker Half Moone Center and another from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Slover Library.
The Downtown Update 2030 will provide strategies for keeping development, infrastructure and services aligned with the vision of the city.
In the past, Norfolk was able to revitalize the downtown area because the plan connected to and drew from the strengths of the neighborhoods, according to a news release from the city.
Join the city and their consultants Ray Gindroz, WPA and Urban Design Associates as they work to implement the new city’s vision.
No RSVP required.
