VIRGINIA BEACH — A 55-year-old Virginia Beach woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning, police said.
Police say Theresa Zirnheld was driving northbound in the 400 block of Little Neck Road around 1:30 a.m. when she left the road, drove into the median and hit a tree.
She was brought to an area hospital, where she later died.
Police believe alcohol was involved in the crash.
