Maintenance and repairs to sewer lines will affect traffic on Virginia Beach Boulevard and Princess Anne Road this weekend, the city announced.
On Saturday, two eastbound lanes on Virginia Beach Boulevard between Kings Grant Road and North Lynnhaven Road will be closed. Additionally, three eastbound lanes will be closed from North Lynnhaven Road to Mustant Trail.
Yorktown Avenue will also be closed to through traffic and detoured through North Lynnhaven Road and Virginia Beach Boulevard.
On Sunday, one eastbound lane of Princess Anne Road will be closed near its intersection with Newtown Road.
The work at both locations is set to start at 8 a.m. and finish by 11 p.m. if weather allows for it.
