The James City County Planning Commission Policy Committee has scheduled a Thursday meeting to again discuss chicken keeping.
The committee will meet at 3 p.m. Thursday to resume discussion about backyard chicken keeping in residential areas and possible changes to the county’s rules that deal with accessory apartments.
The meeting, held in Building D at 101 Mounts Bay Road, will be open to the public. The full meeting agenda will be available online prior to the meeting.
