Eleni Koliopoulos, the owner of Sip & Smile Coffee and Soda, came to the 92.3 FM The Tide studio to share that in January she launched her business on wheels. The truck offers handcrafted espressos and sodas, and operates in Williamsburg, Newport News, Yorktown, Gloucester, Virginia Beach and Hampton. Koliopoulos shares her weekly schedule on social media.
