Captain Andy Sutter is the owner of Freedom Boat Club of Hampton Roads and a retired Navy senior chief. He spoke with Tide Radio about owning the Hampton Roads franchise for Freedom Boat Club, and he detailed the membership plans that allow members to reserve boats for recreational use. Members don’t need to own their own boat or deal with the hassle of maintaining one, and new members can also receive training if they are not experienced boaters.
