Heritage Humane Society’s annual Spring in Bloom Online Auction runs from April 29 to May 8. The auction will raise money to support HHS’s ongoing mission to care for local homeless pets. Residents can place bids on items including gift cards, home décor, gift baskets, experiences, and lunch with Brett and Jeff Cahoon from Good Shot Judy at Opus 9.
Heritage Humane’s Executive Director Kim Laska and the Cahoon brothers came to the Tide studio to talk about the auction, preview some upcoming spring and summer events and concerts, recap the Give Local 757 fundraiser on April 23, and introduce Hershey, a handsome and friendly dog who is currently available for adoption at HHS. The Cahoon brothers shared what it was like to visit the Heritage shelter recently and encouraged the community to support HHS. Listen to both interview segments here:
