WILLIAMSBURG — The Board of Directors of Williamsburg Landing unanimously approved an expansion project that will add 39 new independent living residences, as well as a community center that will include a state-of-the-art, 300-seat resident community theater, and studio space for artists and musicians, it announced.
The expansion is planned for the property adjacent to Williamsburg Landing. Construction is slated to begin in November 2023, with a targeted occupancy date of fall 2024. The new neighborhood will be known as Anchor Cove.
New residents will be able to choose from a variety of home models ranging from 1,680 square feet to 2,400 square feet, according to Williamsburg Landing. The project was designed by Guernsey-Tingle and WM Jordan will serve as the General Contractor.
