Tide Radio is collaborating with Tradition Brewing Co. on a beer series called Tide Brews & Good News. The first beer is a Tropical Blonde Ale and the release party is Friday, July 21 at Tradition in Newport News. Sales from the Tide Brews & Good News Beer Series will benefit community nonprofits. The first such nonprofit is VersAbility Resources, which serves more than 1,800 people with disabilities and their families in Southeast Virginia. The Tide spoke with Tradition and VersAbility about the collaboration, the beer release party, and how VersAbility will benefit.
