How was your pet’s name chosen?
I found her at Heritage Human Society when she was 2 and her name was Sissy. I didn’t think it fit. So I changed it to something not too different, so it would sound pretty much the same to her, but not quite as “sissy” sounding for my taste.
Does your pet have a favorite walking route, etc.? What is it and why?
She loves to take a walk, smell the smells, and leap for squirrels anywhere! Colonial Williamsburg, Greensprings Trail, New Quarter Park, around our Kingswood neighborhood.
What is your pet’s favorite food or treat?
Bits of “people food,” especially bacon.
Does your pet have a pet peeve? If so, what is it?
Poodles. She goes out-of-control crazy mad when she sees a poodle. Was she traumatized by a poodle in the two years before I adopted her?
If your pet could speak, what would be its favorite word and why?
It’s a toss up between “don’t go!” and “you’re home!”
