The 2024 graduating class at WCA earned 81 college credit hours through the rigorous IB Diploma Programme. This achievement translates into more than $ 115,000 in savings on college tuition for their families, a testament to the dedication of students and faculty. Students earn the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma by completing a rigorous two-year program that challenges them academically and personally. To qualify, they must take courses in six subject areas, including languages, social sciences, mathematics, and the arts, with assessments that combine internal evaluations and external exams. Additionally, students complete three core components: the Theory of Knowledge (TOK) course, the Extended Essay (EE), and the Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) project, which promotes critical thinking, independent research, and personal growth.
