Meet Gretchen Bedell & Jenn Haynes, Co-Owners
- How long have you owned your business?
- Since September 9, 2014
- How did you get started in your business/ industry?
- We both worked from home and saw the limitations of that, and saw a need that we could fulfill for other people as well by offering a space to create community and be productive.
- What is a common misconception about your business?
- Two common misconceptions are that we are only an office-share building, or that we are a business incubator/accelerator.
- What makes you different from the other businesses in this area? Why should a customer pick you?
- We are Williamsburg’s creative community co-working space, which means that we provide not only a space for people to work, but also for people to come together and celebrate their passions. We believe that entrepreneurs and small businesses thrive best when they have easy access to collaboration with their peers. Work Nimbly also hosts Cobblers Collective, the free Williamsburg small business mastermind group.
- What is the most rewarding thing you get out of what you do?
- That we get to be part of a community and can work on our own businesses, without being isolated from our peers.
