Wednesday was early signing day for thousands of high school athletes across the country who signed their official letters of intent to participate in college athletics next year.
That includes athletes at Grafton and York High, which held ceremonies Wednesday for its senior athletes who signed their National Letters of Intent in front of classmates, teammates, friends and family.

From Grafton: Seniors Hannah Williams and Lexie Austin signed to play volleyball at Liberty University and Bluefield College, respectively, while Hannah Olson signed on to play softball for Elon University.
From York: Trevor Kelly, merely a week after giving his verbal commitment, signed his letter of intent to play baseball at George Mason University next year. Lia Batchelor also signed to play softball at Campbell University while Connor Rinoski signed on to play golf for Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Above is a gallery with a collection of photos from both ceremonies.
