Cathy Delores Brooks, 69, of Shacklefords VA, passed away surrounded by her family Tuesday December 23, 2025.
Cathy was a dispatcher for King and Queen County for 20 years. She loved spending time with family and grandchildren.
Cathy was preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Brooks Jr.; her parents, Jack and Mary Parker; her brother, Michael Parker; and her niece, Sandra Milton.
Cathy is survived by her son, Robert Parker Brooks and his wife, Angel; and her two grandchildren, Liam and Sophia Brooks. A service is being planned for a later date.
