Paul William Gilley, age 85, of Quinton, died on Dec. 11, 2025.
Paul was a teacher of Vo-ag at New Kent High School from 1963 to 1991. During his years teaching he was actively involved with his students in the Future Farmers of America. Paul was a member of Mann Page Masonic Lodge #157 A.F & A.M. from 1985 until his death and was a member of the Chickahominy Lodge #286 A.F. & A.M. He was also a ruling elder of the Providence Forge Presbyterian Church for many years as well.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Betty Gilley; two sons, Stephen Montgomery Gilley and William Keith Gilley and wife, Regina; his sister, Elaine Hancock; grandson Troy Cline and his wife, Madeline; his granddaughter Tiffany Woody and her husband, Joseph; and his great-grandson William.
The family will receive friends 4-7 PM Wednesday December 17th at Vincent Funeral Home, 9923 Pocahontas Trail, Providence Forge VA with a Masonic funeral service starting at 6 PM. A funeral service will be held 11:30 AM Thursday December 18th at Vincent Funeral Home with burial following in Washington Memorial Park.
