Melvin “Mel” Warren Bryant, Jr., 63, of Lanexa, VA passed away November 3, 2024.
Mel worked as a Firefighter Captain and retired from the James City Fire Department. He was an avid craftsman and handyman with great skill in home improvements. Mel was also a dedicated member of Lifepoint Christian Church. Family meant the most to him; Mel was a loving father who loved spending time with his girls.
Melvin was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin Bryant Sr, and Jewell Bryant; and his sister, Anna Bryant.
He is survived by his two daughters, Callie Galovich (Adam), and Lindsay Bryant; his sister, Alice Cline (Eddie); three nieces and many, many, friends.
