Norman Wayne Farnsworth, born on September 27, 1961, in West Virginia, peacefully passed away on May 6, 2024, in Williamsburg, VA. He was 62 years old.
Norman dedicated his professional life to Information Technology at William and Mary for more than 30 years and proudly served in the U.S. military in the Marines. His work ethic and commitment to his roles were admired by all who knew him.
Beyond his career, Norman found joy in playing pool, spending time outdoors fishing, and listening to music. These simple pleasures brought light to his life and brought smiles to those around him.
Norman is survived by his loving wife Norma Farnsworth, daughters Ashlie Farnsworth and Samantha Farnsworth, as well as numerous sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and cousins. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A Celebration of Life service will be held in honor of Norman at Bucktrout Funeral Home on May 13 at 1 p.m.
