Frank Samuel LaRocco, age 80, of Smithfield, Virginia passed away on Friday, December 29, 2023.
A a memorial service for Frank will be held Sunday, January 7, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, Virginia 23188, followed by a reception following service.
