Rodney Carl Brining passed away unexpectedly in his Norfolk home on October 24, 2023, at the age of 71.
He is survived by his wife, Yvonne, daughter Chantel Pabon and grandson Anthony Pabon both of Portsmouth, VA, and sister Sandra Bonnell of Virginia Beach, VA.
