Charlotte A. Shoaff, 64, of Hague, VA passed away peacefully on June 14, 2023. In her younger years, she loved to read and drift away into new places. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Dorothy Kegley.
She is survived by her two daughters, Trina Charnock (Kevin) and Lisa Shoaff; one granddaughter, Morgan Charnock (Justin); two brothers, Edward Kegley, Jr. and David Kegley; one sister, Karen Alexander and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Charlotte was loved by many and will be missed for all the laughs.
The family will host a private service at a later date.
