
WILLIAMSBURG — William & Mary announced its Board of Visitors will hold meetings in Williamsburg on Feb. 4-6 to conduct regular business of the board.
According to the announcement, the Subcommittee on Compensation will meet beginning at noon Wednesday, Feb. 4, in Room 302 at Blow Memorial Hall. The Executive Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m., also in Blow Memorial Hall, Room 302.
From 2:45 p.m. to 4 p.m., the Committee on Administration, Buildings, and Grounds will meet in Blow Hall 302, while the Committee on Academic Affairs will meet concurrently in the Grimsley Boardroom, the university said.
The Committee on Athletics and the Committee on the Student Experience will both begin meetings at 4:15 p.m. in Blow Hall 302 and the Grimsley Boardroom, respectively, it added.
At 6:30 p.m., the board will attend the Rector’s Dinner at the Entrepreneurship Hub, according to the university.
On Thursday, Feb. 5, the Committee on Audit, Risk, and Compliance will meet at 9:45 a.m. in Blow Hall 302, the university said. At 11:30 a.m., the Committee on Financial Affairs will meet in the Grimsley Boardroom.
Following lunch, the board will travel to Miller Hall for a Joint Boards Meeting and Institutional Advancement Committee meeting at 1:45 p.m. in Brinkley Commons, according to William & Mary. The W&M Board of Visitors will be joined at the joint meeting by the W&M Foundation Board of Trustees, the Institutional Advancement Committee, Alumni Association Board of Directors, and the Annual Giving Board of Directors.
A Joint Boards Reception will be held at 5:20 p.m. on the second floor of Miller Hall, it said, and at 6:15 p.m., the board will attend “Presidential Conversation: Lessons in Leadership” in the Glenn Close Theater of Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall.
On Friday, Feb. 6, the Committee on the University Experience will meet at 9:15 a.m. in Blow Hall 302. A full meeting of the board will begin at 11:45 a.m. in the Grimsley Boardroom and is scheduled to conclude at 1 p.m., the university said.
