Update: Virginia Beach and Norfolk schools will be closed again Wednesday.
Tuesday for Norfolk and Virginia Beach will look different from their usual operating schedule. Most city offices, recreation centers and libraries will be open at 10 a.m.
Waste collection has been suspended in Virginia Beach Tuesday, according to a city news release. But waste collection will still make its rounds in Norfolk.
There will be no bulk waste collection in either city this week, according to city news releases.

- The Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court and Clerk’s Office
- Mount Trashmore Park
